How it works
Eden’s Vista is a fruit and vegetable farm with magnificent long-range views of the Southern Appalachian mountains. Experience 90 acres of solitude with woodland hiking trails, pastures and orchards. Discover wildlife and fresh fruit in season. Arrange a private tour or special experiences. Have lunch at a picnic table in the woods overlooking Bay’s Mountain. Relax on our extensive patios with a water feature quietly gurgling behind you and the ever-changing mountains in front. Watch the sun setting over Chimney Tops mountain from our woodland Sunset Deck. On a clear night, marvel at a starry sky and distant twinkling lights below.
We offer two overnight stay suites and one overnight stay apartment with a kitchen. Every room has gorgeous mountain views and balcony access. Tennessee sales tax applies to all stays.
Our farm is a wonderful place for families to enjoy and explore, but there are plenty of opportunities for unsupervised children to get themselves into trouble…plan to keep an eye on your kids! We apologize that we cannot accommodate pets. There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside any buildings; we can set up an outdoor smoking area upon request.
Accommodations are at the top of a high ridge with a 2/3 mile paved concrete road to the top. Each suite has a single reserved paved parking space with additional parking on the ridgetop available by prior request. Our season is generally April through November. Winter stays are possible but recognize that we do get a few snows each year that make driving up to the top difficult or impossible.
100% of the purchase price, less direct costs to prepare for your stay, will be donated to a church or charity serving orphans, foster children, and hungry families.

All reservations require a 2 night minimum stay. There is a $50+tax cleaning fee for your stay. If you would like to book further than 30 days in advance, please use the booking form below and we will reach out regarding your reservation.

Up to two weeks prior to your stay, you may reschedule to an available date and apply 100% of your deposit to the new date. If you must cancel, we will refund 50% of your deposit
